At AI Agents BD, we value your privacy and believe you should have complete control over your personal data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable global privacy frameworks, you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we have collected from you.
How to Request Data Deletion
Depending on your preference and account status, you can request the erasure of your personal data using one of the options outlined below:
The quickest way to delete your data is by logging into the app dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This action will permanently remove your account, configuration options, and all associated chatbot conversation logs from our active databases.
If you no longer have access to your account or prefer us to handle the deletion manually, you can submit a request directly to our privacy operations team at support@aiagentsbd.com.
Note: For security and identity verification, please ensure you send this request from the email address registered with your AI Agents BD account. We process these manual requests within 30 days of validation.

What Data is Erased?
Depending on your selected request type, specific data sets will be removed. If a Full Data Deletion request is completed, we purge the following data categories:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, password hashes, and user settings.
- Chatbot Data: System instructions, knowledge base documents, custom APIs, and chat widgets.
- Conversation Logs: All history of interactions between users and your deployed chatbots.
- Sub-processors & AI Partners: We also ensure your data is purged from our integrated third-party infrastructure and processing partners (including our secure cloud hosting providers, and associated LLM routing services).
- Billing History: Active subscriptions are canceled immediately, and payment tokens (credit card details) are removed from our billing gateway partners. However, please note that basic transactional records and invoices may be securely retained for a specific period to comply with international tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
(Note: If you request a partial deletion, such as only conversation logs, your core account and billing profile will remain active and untouched.)
Retention Policy & Backups
Once deletion is initiated, data is immediately removed or anonymized in our production systems. Residual data may persist within secure, encrypted database backups for up to 90 days before being completely overwritten. During this backup retention window, your data is never accessed, restored, or used for any purpose.
